Fire losses are 9 times more costly than the average water loss. Insurance profesÂsionals will learn what can be done before the claim to lessen the severity, and after the loss to stop secondary damage and lessen severity. Working together, insurÂance and restoration professionals can keep policy holders happy and retain their trust, while controlling costs and closing more files. High and low tech tools of the trade will be discussed, as well as the importance of time, humidity, temperature, pressure and type of combustion materials in the restoration process.
